Lunch Club
We have an amazing day in the centre each week for older people on Tuesdays. We provide a fresh 3 course meal for £3.00, bingo and fill your boots with unlimited tea and coffee. The ladies and men who come to the lunch club are also provided with a bag of shopping to help them out throughtout the week. Don't worry about coming on your own for the first time as everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
Youth Club
At the centre we run a Kids Club for children ages 5 - 12 years old at 4:00pm - 6:00pm. The club is fully supervised with DBS checked staff.
The youth club is run 3 days a week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, after school for the children to come and play and it is all FREE. The children enjoy coming to the centre because there is always different activities for the children to do like painting, drawing, arts and crafts, baking, outdoor activities, football etc. It also gives the children opportunities outside of school to make friends from around the area. Whilst the children are here we provide them with a hot nutritional meal free of charge before they get picked up by their parents.
Computer Club
We also run a computer club here at the L6 centre where everyone is welcome!
At the club they will help you understand how to use email, how to create documents, how to save documents, how to produce an email etc or if you would like to do your own thing that's fine too! The club is on a Thursday morning 10:00am - 12:00pm and it is completely free!
